Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, and faxing for department.
Compiles and arranges data into the departmental coding system, SharePoint sites, SCMS and ACMS
Processes and codes documents.
Detects errors by the use of verifying procedures and make changes as instructed.
Maintain files in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Provide any document management support to the department, as and when required.
Perform any other relevant duties as assigned to the position by senior management.
Coordinate and compile supplier registration documents for review.
Skills and experience
Experience in working in a customer oriented professional environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
Experience in Microsoft systems, outlook, word, excel.
SAP, Maximo or similar purchasing system experience preferred.
Experience & Education:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in office administration.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
Typically works in normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
40-48 hours per week; and occasionally weekends as necessary.
