The Role
Data Entry Operator with a specialization in stock management and system entries. High accuracy in data entry while focusing on critical aspects such as stock counting, receiving, and issuance-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Safety Protocols: • Follow safety protocols as advised by local laws, including the mandatory use of PPE’s • Adhere to the company's basic policy regarding 14 LSR (Life saving Rules). • Follow the company's vision and protocols diligently while on duty. Daily Settlement Operations: • Ensure the timely and error-free completion of daily settlement procedures. • Rebook cancelled orders and circulate reports on net load, pending shipments, and cancellation reports. • Handle "E-Best" procedures, verifying reason codes used by the distribution team. • Report any technical issues in settlement to the IT/Finance departments. • Load picking in SAP, printing of Load Manifesto, Invoices, etc. • Ensure accurate settlement for commission and provide necessary documentation. • Conduct a daily check of the Net-Load Out Report to ensure accuracy. Stock Management, Coordination and Communication • Participate in Daily and weekly stock counts. • Daily count of Promotion packs and other misc. items. • Ensure the timely availability and distribution of promotional packs. • Collaborate with Sales, Call Center, and Finance teams for the smooth release of orders. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to prevent delivery cancellations.
Skills and experience
Education: • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry techniques. • Additional certification or coursework in data entry, computer science, or related field is a plus. Soft Skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Personal Attributes • Detail-oriented and meticulous. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. • Team player with a positive attitude.
